I declare that i agree to the terms and conditions to Arc. Est policy for Booking Cancelation and Change fees

I hereby acknowledge and accept that bookings are not considered confirmed until required deposit is paid, at which time below cancellation terms and charges will apply

I hereby acknowledge and accept that this booking is subject to 50% cancelation fee from 4 weeks before the date of booking

I hereby acknowledge and accept that this booking is subject to 100% cancelation fee from 2 weeks (14 days) before the date of booking

Bookings made within 2 weeks of date of booking are subject 100% cancellation fee from 2 weeks (14 days) before the date of booking

I accept terms & conditions below:

- Menus are subject to change without notice, all reasonable efforts will be made to communicate any changes

- Bookings that require a deposit can elect to have the deposit refunded after the event or used towards the final bill.

- FINAL BILLS CAN NOT BE SPLIT

- GIFT VOUCHERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN BOOKINGS MADE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT

- Any dietary requirements are to be provided at the time of booking or at least 2 weeks before the date of booking to be best accommodated to

- Minimum spend agreed to at the time of booking will apply

- Sunday, Public Holiday & Merchant surcharges will apply in addition

- Final numbers need to be confirmed 1 week before the booking date. This is the final number to be charged for on the booking date.

- Any reduction in numbers GREATER than 5 people & less than 14 days before the booking date will be charged at $50 per head.

- Any reduction in numbers LESS than 5 people after 24 hours prior to the booking date will be charged at $50 per head
